We will not use profanity, or treat disrespectfully
the name of personas holy to others, or speak in a manner which causes
needless discomfort to others. We will be honest.
- We will respect the need for rest for our
team members. We will not put the company's needs above that of their
needs to worship or be with their family.
- We will honor the authorities in our lives,
including our family, management, and government.
- We will love others, respect the spiritual
well being of others and ourselves. We will not accept fury, revenge,
or hatred.
- We will be modest and respectful of others
in words and acts, being especially sensitive to others of different
race, sex, creed, and national origin.
We will respect what belongs to others by:
- Providing value to our customers
- Living up to our agreements with customers, team members, and
vendors

our evaluation of ourselves ( according to the six pillars of character)
Community Support
As
a commitment to our community, we continue to landscape and maintain
the public medians on Blanding Blvd. We also participate as guest speakers
in local schools.
Our
newest and most exciting program is "Our School Our Park."
We have become a business partner with local schools, providing them
with landscape management programs, equipment, and supplies, in order
to raise the appearance level of the schools and save money. The first
schools have been a huge success. The volunteers and principals are
excited about all the progress. We are looking to formalize the process
and bring it to many more schools.
